AI Live Translator ("the app", "we", "our") is operated by OptimalAI LLC.
This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you create an account we collect your email address and a unique user ID (provided by Firebase Authentication). If you sign in with Google, your email is obtained from your Google account.
We track how many text, voice, and image translations you perform, and how many minutes of live translation you use. This data is stored under your user ID in Google Firebase and is used solely to enforce your plan's usage limits.
Text, audio recordings, and images you submit are sent to our secure backend (Google Cloud / Firebase Functions) for processing. This content is forwarded to Google Gemini and OpenAI for translation and text-to-speech. It is processed in real time and is not stored by us or our AI providers after the request is complete.
Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage your entitlements. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

Your account data and usage records are retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account through the app, your authentication credentials and usage records are permanently deleted immediately. Purchase and subscription records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat in accordance with their own policies. We do not retain an independent copy.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Firebase security rules restrict database access so that each user can only read and write their own data.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in the app's profile screen. To request a copy of your data or for any other privacy inquiry, contact us at:

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Open the AI Live Translator app on your device.
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the main screen.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm when prompted. If your session has expired, you will be asked to re-enter your password or sign in with Google before the deletion proceeds.
Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Purchase and subscription records are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat in accordance with their own data retention policies. AI Live Translator does not retain any copy of this data independently.
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, email us at support@optimalaillc.com and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
